T L Nail Salon in McDonough, GA

One trip.... No need to revisit. I went for a pedicure in my quest to find a new salon and this ain't it.  I got the deluxe package with paraffin and The mail tech had me to soak my feet for maybe 10 minutes and maybe spent 5 -10 minutes to trim my feet. Nope... I'm still looking for a salon

I went in for a pedicure. The older lady who did my pedicure literally did a horrible job. I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but tomorrow I have to find somewhere else to have my feet properly done. The service is horrible here. They need to close this business...

If I can give this mail salon a 0 star I would . To start I came in on a Friday afternoon to get a fill in and a repair . My polish looked like i attempted to polish my nails at home. My gel polish which was sooo dull and lumpy . nails were fat . i come back in the next week due to the fact I've been waiting for my COVID results to get nails fixed . nina the manager sits me down and table 3 where another lady sits down to start working on my nails and as I'm stating to her not to file too much off of one particular finger as it's makes the nail Crooked . So I say I would like the manager to do my nails She then goes to reach under the glass divider and grab my hand and says she's doing my nails . So instead of getting same polish I asked for clear .. with my nails now clear you can still see pink polish under the clear .. I will NEVER come to this nail salon ever again

So my wife and I are in town visiting my son and needed to get pedí's since it's flip flop season. We checked the reviews but wasn't impressed.  However so glad we decided to give them a try.  We both got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with Jelly, Paraffin and Hot stone and they did not disappoint,  the Jelly was cool and refreshing, the massage was just right on my legs and feet.  She took very good care of my toes and and kept asking if I was ok (I was in heaven). Then comes the hot stones.  oh my God.  Enough said. And last but not least the hot wax bag at the end sealed the deal.

If I could give a zero I would. I took my daughter here to get her nails done as a gift. This lady Lynn did her nails. The nails were extremely chunky and she didn't even do the design my daughter wanted. Then two days later my daughter's nails started falling off. So I called Lynn and she told me to come Tuesday because Sunday and Monday they were closed for the holiday. When I came in on Tuesday after work she started giving excuses that my daughter's nail bed was too short. I said why did you do her nails then you were quick to take the money. I said either you fix it, reimburse me or we can deal with the cops. She was rude the whole time. She ended up fixing my daughter's nails but then had the audacity to tell me maybe my daughter broke her nails and was lying to me. I almost lost my mind. I told her my daughter was with me the weekend and I saw for myself how the nails were not done well and had popped off. I had to calm myself down. The owner did nothing to rectify the situation either. This place is terrible and I would tell everyone to stay clear of this place. For a first time customer this was an Awful experience. I will never come here again.
