Just terrible , shitty ass nail shop. Me and my mother went to get them done too treat our selves. They told us it was a 10 to 20 minute wait we ended up waiting around for an hour. When i finally got served i picked my color and he got started. I asked if they did nail jewellery the man rudely said no . after my nails were done they looked decent. Definitely not the best but not terrible terrible . I got home and scratched my head lightly i look at my hand just to find my index finger missing ! The nail had fell in my damn head. over the course of thursday which is when i got them done and saturday which is today 5 nails came off my hand. I returned to the shop to let them now what happened, The front lady person was very rude and laughed in our faces . who tf does she think she is. she then blamed it on my nail beds being too "oily" which is not true because every time i get my nails done they never fall off so soon . They just did a terrible job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy .

My nail service was not great. They are rude honestly. The weren't nice to their customers at all. They also say cash only. I told them I did not have enough cash at the time (which I did not) and they surly took my card for payment. My nails lasted for the average two weeks which is the only reason they get two stars. When I go get my nails and toes done I want to relax...I could not relax there.
My favorite hood nail place make sure you come early because they do get packed they just bumped there prices up due to closing i only go to the man and titi the owner there the best for me
The worst nail shop in Charlotte Nc.. THEY ARE RUDE!!! They tell you 10-20 minutes when really a hour wait. I got my nails double full set with gel and now I back the next day because polish peeling like sticky tape, and she said come back at 4 and it's 5 and I'm still waiting.. I quit coming 8 years ago and it's my first time back and now I see why I stop coming... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
