They are very affordable! I doubt anyone can beat there for price. Every time I visit them I get exactly what I want.

My daughter went to have nails removed and color added.  She has done this many times in the past but this experience was terrible.  She left crying with her fingers bleeding and the guy charged her $45.  She gave them $60 and walked out just to get out of there.  This has not been her experience their previously but something has changed. He appointment was at 3:00 PM and because the guy randomly dissappeared during her appointment she could not leave until 4:30.  1.5 hours to remove nails they put on originally and throw some color on.

Extremely disappointed. I came in today for a pedicure and gel polish manicure. I'll start with the pedicure, the cost is $40 and it was the MOST basic pedicure I have EVER had. They soak your feet for a few minutes, clip cuticles and they will do the callus thing if you ask for it. No sugar scrub, foot or leg mask or even a massage. Toward the end of the pedi, I asked the lady who was very nice (she's the reason for the one star, I would have given 0 stars but she was nice) does any massage come with the pedicure she said yes then put a little Vaseline on my feet and gave about 3 minute massage each foot. I was like WTF. On to my nails, this coat $25. When I came in I had on tips with colored acrylic. They do not soak off your nails, the guy took a single nail tip and kept digging at my false nail to put a space between the false nail and my nail so he could remove the tip. Let me tell you that shyt hurt. I've never had nails removed this way before. If you can imagine now my nail bed looks all ripped to be dammed. I asked for a gel manicure the guy obviously doesn't want to do it because he keeps saying tips are better for you. I stand my ground and baby let me tell ya! He gave me the worst paint job ever. I won't even call it a manicure. No nail soaking, nor cuticle clipping. Got frustrated when I asked him not to shave my nails with drill, which he did anyway. I was so done at this point. Now he can see it on my face that I'm pissed and tried to make small talk with me. He does the worst paint job i have ever seen. Polish is on my cuticles  and if you get gel manicures you already know that this means my nails are going to peel/chip so quickly now. I'm not from Charlotte but anyone considering going to this place. Take my advice and DON'T!

I'm so disappointed in my nails. They're horrible. I tried to have them fixed twice and they look worse each time. I feel like I was rushed out bc it was nearing closing time.
