We came to Charlotte for our daughter to have surgery. So, I wanted to treat her to a manicure and pedicure and getting her eyebrows waxed. We ended up spending $300 for nails that hurt and fell apart the by the end of the day and most disturbing was that they burnt her skin off her lids. When she had surgery the next day, the nurses actually treated the burns while she had surgery because it was so bad. It was awful. When I told the staff as I was paying, they apologized but I still paid $300 for.oyr services. Nothing was offered at all to anywhere near right the wrong and harm that they had caused. We will never trust them with our business or suggest them to anyone else.
