A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.
The prices for different nail services at Na'vi Salon can be found on their official website, in-salon brochures, or by contacting the salon directly.

This my second time visiting the salon and was very pleased. I thought I had found my new salon. BUT the day after I had my nails done (dipped) they became discolored. I had never had this happen before. So I thought I would go by the salon the next day and show them and they would apologize and offer to redo them, but I thought wrong. I war repeatedly told it was because I used tanning lotion. I explained I had not used any lotion. I asked her if she would redo them and she offered to file off the top layer and re-dip them in the same color. I told her I didn't want that because they would become discolored again. I asked for a refund and was told NO "I did my job" you used lotion and that's what they're discolored. She finally agreed to redo my nails in a different color. I was reluctant after being treated so badly, but I paid $100 and didn't want to go elsewhere and pay again ( I was only asking to be refunded what I paid for my nails) She was extremely rough when she removing the previous color. I sat there with tears streaming down my face for basically being told I was a liar. If it was something I did that caused the discoloration I would not expect a free redo. I have never felt so powerless.
Side note...my toes were painted a white shellac and there is no discoloration.
I did some research and found discolored dipped nails is often from old/expired dipping powder.
$35 for a gel manicure that doesn't last a week! Within 6 days my gel manicure completely popped off my thumbs. Never had this happen before. Also the manicurist cut my cuticles until I bled. Also never happened to me before. Won't be going back.
The only positive thing is the gal who did my manicure spoke decent English. But still won't go back. Not worth it.
I was pretty shocked by my experience today at the salon. The owner of the store gave me a dip manicure with tips. During the prep process He used a drill. He was careless with the drill and cut into my cuticle several times. I asked him to please be more aware. As he applied the powder I noticed that it wasn't going all the way up to the cuticle. I asked him to please correct that mistake. It was only one nail so I didn't think it was a big deal. Then he filed my nails and that's when everything went downhill. I told him that the tips were too wide and could they please be narrowed down? He was aggressive with me. He said he had worked on my nails too much and that he wasn't going to do it anymore. He was nasty! And I just stared back at him. I said I'm a customer don't talk to me that way. But he wasn't having it. He threw the file down and asked someone else to finish the job. I'm not sure why a business owner would want to be that way with a customer. I was never mean to him, but for some reason he lost his cool. I'm never going back there. The way he treated me was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. There are a million of these places out there. Go somewhere else!
My $107.00 Manicure-Pedicure Nightmare.
My daughters gave me a $20 and $42 Gift Certificates for Manicure-Pedicure at Navi Salon for Christmas 2019. I had planed to use them for my birthday March 2020. COVID destroyed my plans. If you remember, everything shutdown. People masked and instructed to avoid groups and sharing equipment. Vaccines finally began to roll out in stages March 2021. Business gradually opening June 2021. Today is August 6,2021. I scheduled my appointment and told them 2x that I had a Gift Certificate (GC). Near the end I was asked for payment so I gave my GC. I was told that the price was $45, so I gave the extra cash. My manicurist gave my payment to another woman. She walked off with it but then returned. She said my GC had expired (December 2020). I reminded her about COVID shutting down everything and services like this were discouraged because of potential spread. She didn't care! She charged my $45.00. No Discount was even given! They kept the $62.00 my daughters paid for the 'worthless' GC + $45.00 for today, so I ended up paying $107.00 total for my mani-pedi!! I was robbed. This business is crooked and has NO HONOR. I will NEVER go here again.
DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE HONORED.
I have been coming here for years! They always do a beautiful job and are so nice. They really listen to any requests and the one time I had a problem (a nail color changed within a couple days of my manicure, from a pink to a weird orange. They remembered me and my color and they fixed it when I went back!
