I had to find a new nail salon and this is IT!! Julie's was recommended to me from someone, and I thought it couldn't hurt to try it out. I called, and they answered the phone right away. A friendly man got me in within an hour via appt. I was lucky enough to get Tina, and she did a FANTASTIC job! I highly recommend this salon. I made my 3-week appt before I left. I found my new salon and it is close to home!
This is by far the best nail salon. I have been getting my nails and toes done here for the past 13 years. It is a family owned salon, with mostly family members working here. The women and one gentleman are friendly and talented. If you think something is wrong, they work hard to fix it (like the ungrateful woman than came in, fell asleep in the pedi chair, and 45 minutes later when her feet were done, she woke up, and didn't like the color. She picked the color! Of course they re-did the color; ungrateful person). I usually go in every two weeks, they know my family, as they do with many other regular customers, and inquire how they are doing. I know every time I go in, I am going to relax, and have a lot of laughs, as they are always cheerful and can make the funniest, snarky comments to each other. Then I walk out with pretty hands and feet. If you want to get great mani and pedi, and a laughs along with it, hurry and make an appointment. They do take walk-ins, but you may need to wait a bit. Last, a lot of couples come in and men for nail services. I see Amanda, which I love, but all the other technicians are great!

Julie's Nails is an awesome nail salon in Fern Creek. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. I have been there many times over the years and they always do a great job! They can be very busy so I definitely recommend making an appointment the earlier you can call the better! They do take walk-ins though if you are willing to wait.
They also will do designs and copy a photo you may find online. The prices are average and similar to other nail salons around Louisville.
Don't waste your time. You can make an appointment weeks out and you will still be waiting around all day to be seen. No thank you, so unprofessional
