This place is quick to give you a nice pedicure. Arrived at around 3:30 pm and immediately put in the chair with feet in very warm water. He washed, clipped, filed, scrubbed, exfoliated, lotion, and put warm towel on feet and legs in record time. Paid my $35 dollars and was on the road.
The lady in the shop handle the nail polish area. They accept cash and credit. They are on Hikes point lane near Bardstown's rd.
The older guy that works here is NASTY, and ROUGH. He didn't speak, kept hurting my feel and was being so nasty every time he would tell me what to do. I even said "the water is too hot" and he ignored me. By far the worst pedicure I have ever go.
Wow just got my nails dipped and the tech did they fast and they still look awesome. Will definitely be back.
I came here for a quick gel manicure, which I have had done perfectly in little nail salons before, and received the WORST manicure of my life. The color was uneven, the polish was visibly thicker in some spots and so thin in others that I could see through it. He didn't even bring the color to the edge of the nail! I left, thinking I would just never go back there, but while walking to my car I started examining my nails again, and in the sunlight it was even worse looking. I went back in and explained why I was unhappy and asked for a refund so that I could go to another salon to have them redone and they refused. They told me they would take them off and re-do them but I wasn't going to waste any more time in there.
I went there for a pedicure and shellac for Mother's Day. The pedicure was horrible. The tech never made any verbal contact, he just complained about how bad his back hurt. To be so little he was extremely aggressive. He acted as if he was high or something. When removing the prior shellac he put my hands in a bowl full of remover and put a towel over it. The owner then place the bowl in a bigger bowl full of hot water. When I ask why not just use foil, no one understood English. The male tech returned after eating his pizza and did a sorry job, never once did he ask how I wanted my nails shaped or anything. I was there for over three hours. I didn't bother to complain because it was my first and time there. And do something about the horrible smell...
