I paid for a deluxe pedicure which was supposed to be a 10 minute leg/foot massage in addition to regular pedicure. I paid attention and mine was no more special than the lady next to me who got a regular pedicure. My polish does not look very good on two of my toes. On the big toe, there is a big strip along the side where there is no polish and on another toe, bubbly looking. It bothers me they will only speak their language to each other and don't engage customers. I have no idea if, while I am paying for services, that I am also paying them to make fun of or make derogatory comments about customers. The ladies seem very sweet. But the young lady I had was sub par in her abilities. I won't be going back, this was quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had.
My son's hair was butchered... It looks as if I did it myself. Never going back. She tried to fix it but failed. He was patient and sat still. Awful dissatisfied.still paid.
I have gone here about 3 times and had decent services. However, i don't like that if you pay with a credit card they insist tip be paid in cash. I don't always carry cash, so it is inconvenient to worry whether or not I have cash available. Once I forgot and apologized for not having cash and she reluctantly took her tip on the card. She was very clear to explain that I should make sure to have cash next time. I later thought why should I have apologized for not having cash when she should be glad to get a tip. I realize there is a fee for credit card transactions, but that's just a cost of doing business, in my opinion. Maybe if they should offer a discount if I pay for the service in cash.
I got a shellac pedicure that took an hour and a half to do and it was the wrong color! I kept trying to tell the girl that it wasn't the color I chose but she didn't understand me. They also charged me for a deluxe pedicure and I did not receive one. I cannot recommend this place except for the fact that it is conveniently located but unless you have time to waste and you don't care about nail color you should not go here! I'm upset that I wasted my afternoon and money!
This is a VERY busy place. I stopped for a walk-in waxing and they were able to accommodate me easily because it's such a quick job. They only charged $15 for both lip & chin wax which is about half of what I am charged in Seattle.
