Breeze Salon & Day Spa in Georgetown, TX

After a negative experience at another Aveda salon, I am so glad to find Breeze. I've gotten color, highlights and cuts from Aaliyah, Kat and Denise and they have all been excellent! They provide the top quality you except from an Aveda salon and the prices are more reasonable. I highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my cut and color. I was hoping my stylist would be one to return to but unfortunately, I will NEVER go back to her or this salon. Aliyah at the Cedar Park location found it difficult to give me basic brunette highlights, she took about 10-15 minutes filling out paperwork to figure out what she was going to use to get my desired result, then came back to have me sign paperwork agreeing to the high price. That should've been a red flag and I should have walked away. Silly me. She then leaves dye stains on my face and at the edges of my scalp and on top of that, the end result is NOTHING AT ALL what I asked for. I would have done a better job myself with a box color from any hair brand at the grocery store. She then butchers my hair by cutting my bangs way too short, even after I told her I wanted them a bit below my eyebrows. I wanted to cry when I saw them. I felt like a 3rd grader again when my mother cut them too short. To add to that hair atrocity, she didn't know how to do long layers with razor cut edges. This is a basic cut. I really wish my hair stylist hadn't moved. Aliyah is a nice person, but she needs to be re-trained and get MUCH MORE PRACTICE on how to cut and color hair. For the sake of the next customer. I was way too nice because I still paid full price and I am kicking myself for not having asked for a manager to give me a HUGE discount for having my hair ruined. I had to go to another stylist at another salon, to get it fixed. I have to buy head bands to cover my awful bangs. Can't wait for them to grow out, UGH!! Please go elsewhere and do more research. I wish I would have done the same.

I cannot express how impressed I am with my haircut. Denise rocked it. She started going to town, not gonna lie, her moves were different than what I'm used to and I was scared. Frozen in my seat. But boda boom, came out looking like professional haircut. Lots of compliments and I love it. Don't settle, go with Denise.

I called to book an appointment, I said I have tons of hair and I'd like to get it colored. I come in girl gives me a frown and says we just don't have time to do your hair. Ok fine. I call back to make another appointment and I STRESS how much hair I have and the painful experience I had last time and how I do not want another mess up. Well it just happened again. Really horrible customer service and the stylists always say the girls who book don't know what they are doing. That's why I stressed how much hair I have. Unbelievable. Very rude stylist also. If you gave a lot of hair this is not the place for you, trust me they don't want to be bothered. It doesn't matter if you come for highlights or full color they just don't have the time.

I always enjoy going to Breeze in GT for a men's haircut. Been going there for years.... I have no complaints at all. Currently, Kathryn Roman cuts my hair and my daughter's. She does a great job every single time.
