Nails Spa & Threading in Georgetown, TX

Wish I could do 0star, the guy that works or manage this place is the rudest person I have met, came in on a Saturday morning, asked to do a threatening eyebrow and didn't even said hello or good morning, apparently don't need the business, she I asked if the laddie had an appointment and screamed No she's busy :! WOW go learn how to do business before you start screaming at your customers, zero customer service

Got my eyebrows threaded and gel manicure here two days ago. They took their time with my eyebrows and done a pretty good job but my nails are awful!! My gel polish is already coming off, the sides of my nails don't have polish on them and my nail shape is crooked. Worst manicure I've

I'm not one to leave reviews good or bad. However, I visited this nail salon due to their excellent reviews. I have to post to prevent someone else from coming to this place. I went in and asked how much they charge for dip powder nails. The man mentioned $40 for no tip and $50 for tip. I sat down for the removal process. He used a nail to remove my dip powder nails. A nail! Like the ones they usually use to do manicures. I'm not new to dip powder so I know there's a soaking process involved. The main reason for getting the powder is to keep your nails healthier. Ripping the nails with a fake nail is doing nothing but harm. I've had them on for 5 days and they are chipping, cracked and broken. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place plus most places charge $30/35 for the dip powder and lasts much longer.

I have been going to Nails, Spa & Threading for 4 years and have always had a great experience. The owners, Richard and Christine are very customer service oriented and they aim to please every client. The shop is always spotless and I am confident in their sterilization procedures. When they reopened after the COVID-19 shutdown, the shop was rearranged and they enforced CDC guidelines such as all customers 6' apart, masks required upon entering, temps taken and plexiglass dividers installed at stations. As a healthcare professional who works in critical care taking care of COVID patients, I appreciate the effort and enforcement of these guidelines that help keep all of us safe.

My husband/I have been clients of Nails, Spa & Threading for many years, from their first location to the present. I'd like to begin with how accommodating owners Richard/Christine are, we've occasionally called for same day appointment + they will do their best to get you in if at all possible. The salon itself is extremely clean, they've always kept their chair remotes in plastic, (long before Covid 19), their basins are immediately emptied and sanitized. The restrooms are spotless. The decor is very nice. We have never felt rushed, and always treated with the utmost respect. Equally important, their professionalism with the nature of their business is top notch, if you are looking for a new nail salon in Georgetown, you won't be disappointed with Nails, Spa and Threading. Christine, does the threading and she's excellent. We wouldn't go anyway else. 5star Jeanne M, Georgetown
