Vickies Nail Salon in Chicago, IL

I've been going to Rob for mani/pedis for several years, and I won't see anyone else in Chicago! He is always attentive and thorough, and my nails always look amazing and last forever. Would HIGHLY recommend coming to this salon to request him.

After trying a few nail salons in the area, I found Robert at Vickie's and haven't gone anywhere else since! He does an amazing job, regardless of whether it's my pedicure or dip manicure. He also checks in through the services to make sure not only that I like the way everything looks, but checks in to see if I need anything to drink/stylus for my phone or anything else! Safe to say that, for the time I'm in Chicago, I won't be going to anyone but Robert!!

Terrible experience. I took their recommendation and used one of their polishes for my regular mani/pedi even though I had brought my own. When it came time to remove the polish myself, it badly stained both my nails and my skin. This has never happened to me before. When I went back for them to remove the polish, they first accused me of having a gel manicure, which I did not. They then blamed me for the staining for trying to take the polish off myself. Instead of doing the right thing they required me to pay to have all of the polish removed. Ultimately, they gave a quick go (less than 60 seconds) at cleaning and buffing the color off my finger nails, which are still pink. I will have to go elsewhere to remove the rest. They were rude, obnoxious and unprofessional the whole time. Bad business!!!

I come here for manicures and pedicures. All the people here are great! Especially Choua. In all honesty, the staff is wonderful, the vibe is inviting, relaxing, professional, and overall great. They offer gift cards too. They are up to date in colors and trends. I highly recommend for a solo/a session, friends gathering or a couple's treat. Check them out!

My visit to Vicky's Nail Salon was truly delightful. Typically, I stick to my natural nails and am not too familiar with the latest nail enhancement techniques. However, during a trip to Colombia, I decided to experiment with hard gel nail extensions. When it came time to remove them, I encountered difficulties due to the thickness/hardness of the gel. After being turned away by one salon, I discovered Vicky's, and it was a fortunate find. Mayra explained that the hard gel needed to be drilled off for removal, as soaking would not be effective. This process could be slightly uncomfortable and might necessitate multiple sessions for complete removal. However, she skillfully and carefully completed the removal in a single visit. Meanwhile, Hannah provided an exceptional pedicure, followed by a lovely manicure. I left Vicky's feeling extremely satisfied with the services provided.
