Left with two bleeding big toes, horrible pedicure (man was very rough)
and the wax on my eyebrows was so hot I gasped. It took two weeks for the wax to come of. Need I say more?
uh first and last time here! After stopping and start during my service...it was still very rushed cause my nails look like trash. I feel like I was over charged for my toes... it states on their menu that a polish change (toes) is $15 & I was charged $25...I left this appointment very confused and disappointed. ALSO i wanted a French fill in, the power they used for me was extremely pink. I had to used a glitter color to color on one of the nails because it was extremely noticeable. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go to another place.
Staff was friendly and location was clean. However, only 2 people working on a Saturday and my gel polish toes were very rushed. I left with nail polish on the backs of my ankles. I don't believe this salon is well versed or updated in what consumers want and expect in this day. I paid $45 Plus tip. Will likely go tomorrow and ask for them to repolish and fix mistakes.
I came here to do my nails and didn't like the service. I tried to talk to the owner to redo the nails and she said she couldn't do it. I was very polite asking her to someone else to do my nails, or get my money, but she said that I'd have to go somewhere else and do it. I think that when we go to a place we need to leave it happy about the service. And unfortunately that wasn't the case. I'm pretty upset with the service and her attitude.
First time here and never coming back. I was charged $40 FOR A FILL! Not only that, my nails are not the same length on each hand. It was rushed and she hurt me when buffing the nails bc she kept pushing too hard and rushed too much. Disappointing.
