I had my nail done by an older gentleman and he cut me with the nail clipper. All he said it ok not bleeding too much. He also had his mother-in-law working there and she filed my friend's nail bed to the skin so badly that she just got up and left
Never would go back. And they reuse their equipment and do not sterilize it..
It's my fault for going back. Ricky is good & does a good job. I made an appointment & didn't ask for anyone specifically. I got who I believe may be the mother or grandmother of someone who works there. My pedicure lasted (at most) 15 minutes. No massage, minimal (MINIMAL) attention on my feet. She rushed through everything. 1 second of lotion on my calves & a quick polish & boom! My gel polish was the same. There was a football game on behind her & after she nicked my fingers to pieces, she kept turning around looking at the game. She was so distracted she put 3 top coats on my nails. I've honestly never seen anything like this in a nail salon. Don't do it - make an appointment ahead of time & go to a salon that actually cares. With the exception of Ricky, I have never had a good experience. It is convenient to where I live but I'd rather drive to Virginia for a decent experience. I could have done what she did myself. Live & learn.
I have tried them twice and I get the dip and both times the dip came off within 4 to 5 days. I call and come in we will fix no problem. I have had to paid both times. If you can't do dip nails tell the consumer up front so they don't get robbed. I star and you don't deserve that. Just have the balls to tell the customer upfront that you can't do the job so they can go elsewhere and get it done correctly and save the self time and money
Me and mom been going there forever. Absolutely love it there. I've been going since I was little.
Walked in and was treated with total kindness. I'd never been and I showed up with no appt. I live in Fuquay and don't care for the salons I've been to here, but going to Cindy's Nails was a great decision.
They were busy! Tony added a full set, gel polish, and a pedicure. He was skilled and gentle. People complain about the lack of chatter, but I'm not a fan of small talk. We talked very little which I'm fine with. He was just doing his job.
I'll be back with an appt
