This salon is nice and convenient in location but at the end of the day it is not the best... I voiced my concern about my service and they did not want to hear what I had to say so they put me on a no service list... despite my experience I paid for my service and tipped, but felt open conversation about pricing upfront was necessary. Up charging a client without telling them warrants a conversation.
The manager, Nicole is extremely rude. She is discriminatory and extremely disrespectful. She talks to clients like they are children. I was asked to "fix my attitude" for asking how long the wait was. The technicians are great, but the receptionist Nicole is an awful person to have running the salon. Myself, along with many other people will not be returning as long as she is still the face behind the salon. It is sad that great technicians no longer receive business because of a receptionist who is not even licensed.
The nail guy was having a difficult time getting the acrylic off my nails and proceeded to ask if I was going to my nails cut down to which I said yes. He then cut half my nail off and I'm sure it was only because he didn't want to bother with removing the acrylic. Then he didn't bother to see if the nail length of one hand matched the other hand. I had to point out to him that the nail of the left thumb was longer than that of the right. Then he decided to look at both hands. He also told me that because the nails were now short he could not do the oval shape. When I came there I wanted a full set of acrylic with a design on each nail and a gel pedicure. After his inattention I told him to just polish my nails and I didn't bother with the pedicure. My first and last time here.

After several visits, I've come to the realization that driving 35 mins, passing a multitude of nail salons to come here to get treated like I don't exist amongst another ethnicity group is not worth it.
I stayed around this long bc I enjoyed the convenience of booking online.
Miss Receptionist here has demonstrated her discriminatory views more times than I've like. Today, I've had enough- This will probably be my last time coming here.

I love the ease of scheduling online. They are efficient and do a good job. I have been to several places in the area but this is my favorite by far.
