A beautiful salon. From the moment one enters, they are greeted by name and offered a beverage. The stylists are both professional and talented. I especially value the fact that they are particular about the products they sell, ensuring that the company engage in ethical practices. This is a busy salon, due no doubt, due to their expertise, yet they are great about working with the client to schedule a timely appointment. I look forward to going for my appointments as it is an opportunity to relax!

I'm deciding to take down this part of my review because it's just not worth it. This business owner has a lot more to worry about than my review or anyone else's. She has employees that are outright lying to her about situations. Which will eventually catch up to the business (Karma) Perhaps this is a lesson to the salon owner to check your video footage when this type of situation happens. I know the experience that I had there and the customer service I received. I wish her the best in her business she going to need it.

I just love this salon so much. I spent a lot of time trying to find a hair salon that suited me in a city with so many options and honestly struggled the first few places. Walking into Mulberry Salon it is just so cozy in there. Big wooden mirrors that give a very rustic vibe, and good luck finding a sweeter gal than Amanda who greets you so kindly every time you walk in the door. (Love her). Add on top of that these top-notch stylists and it's just a recipe for success. They have a stylist for every hair type and any time I go in those girls are all in there crushing it, creating magic. (Love you margaret). The owner of the salon was even kind enough to add to my already pleasant experience, and it just makes you feel so appreciated as someone who goes in there and commits their time and money. (did I mention there's wine? May not have to be a selling point for you but it just adds to the pampering experience) All-in-all, Mulberry Salon and Spa is an amazing place to treat yourself and feel beautiful and confident. If you're looking for a new salon and you just aren't sure where to start, I'd highly encourage Mulberry to be your first stop :)

Hands down one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had in my 54 years. My hair is choppy and nearly impossible to style. The blow-out was about as bad. I have very full waxy=curly hair. I think she was too afraid of hurting me too pull my hair as taut as needed to truly blow it out. I'll go back to driving 5 hours to my old hair stylist than to have to every have an experience like this again.
