My daughter got her haircut at Eliot James by Cyndi (first time here) and she did an amazing job! Cyndi knew exactly the style that looked best on my daughter. I've never seen my daughter to excited over a haircut. You can't go wrong with Cyndi!!!

I went to this salon for approximately 3 years and kept praying and hoping Eron would finally get my blonde right and time after time his work got worse. I guess I continued returning cause he was cheap and as the famous saying goes you get what you pay for. I had to always go back to get my hair fixed after each appointment. He never apologized for it and in fact made me feel bad. He is condescending, arrogant and simply put rude! Only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the owner Debra took the time to hear my complaints and told me she would talk to him, however I doubt anything will change. When I look back on my pictures I am appalled at how streaky and inconsistent my hair looks!! The best thing to happen was his telling me to not come back! Thanks Eron for saving me from your incompetence!!! Hopefully you'll choose a different profession and save others.

I have been pleased to use Eliot James the past few times I've cut my hair. I was nervous the first time because I had fairly long hair and I wanted to try a much shorter cut than I've ever had. Susy listened and reviewed photos with me, then spent a long time getting the cut just perfect for my hair type and teaching me how to style it. It was the best cut I've ever had! I have been happy with every cut and style Susy has given me since. I'm so happy I switched to Eliot James Salon, they are absolutely wonderful!

I have been playing with the idea of getting my hair colored for years. I have naturally dark curly hair. I was hesitant because the health of my hair is very important to me. I booked a highlighting session with Carina and I am so happy with the result. Carina was such a fun person to get my hair done with. She was very neat how she placed her foils. My hair lifted so quickly and she took the time to check each section to make sure my hair was still healthy. Everyone loves my highlights. They love the brightness in my face , such a nice treat . I'm excited for the next session.

Decided to give Eliot James a try this weekend, and I was not disappointed. Had a cut with Carina, and I was very pleased with the results. The salon had a very inviting and modern feel. Located in the heart of Petaluma, Eliot James covers all your hair needs. I felt very welcomed, and enjoyed my experience with Carina. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it, and recommended some amazing products for my hair. I really like that they carry Kevin Murphy exclusive hair essentials. Give it a try, you will be happy you did!
