For all the people 's out there that go to Virginia Family Dentistry in Short Pump location rethink about that again. Because when you run into a problem Jennifer what she claims she's the person in charge or call herself the manager to the company which I think that's a BS. Because I know for sure it's a CEO above her which I wish I can find out who it is and talk to them plus she don't pay the rent to the building. Really don't understand when you go to talk to Jennifer about your service and had told her that you was going to call your dental insurance to make sure about the code for your teeth that she gave you to find out since she is not doing her job like she is anyway and she had say yes go ahead and do that plus she gave you a price which not was correct and when you thought everything was okay at the end. End up, you give the office a called the next day to talk to a any employee name Logan to explain to you about the code for your teeth because you call your insurance company then up she write you a letter which we don't know about it all when I had go to the post office and sign for it and pick it up wow really then said you're not allow to go there anymore wow really. End up I had try to call the office to talk to someone and end up get place on hold guess what she come on the phone. First she try to be nice to you then I had ask her about the letter then she let you have it oh boy. Will I believe in karma.. Will I hope this place get a new manager very soon because one day by side her that the only way I come back or we get this straight right away which I thought we had before with everything. So it time for me for a new place now since she have or think she have the power to stop anybody's that she want to come to any Virginia family dentist.

Doctor Long is one of the most dishonest persons i have ever met!!! Had my daughter taken here for services ,and this idiot destroyed her teeth to were another dentist had to fix them.Never again would i trust my child around this person or his staff.

I saw Dr. Ressler. She's GREAT, and I highly recommend her! She thorough, knowledgeable, and did a great job bonding my tooth! Everyone in the office is friendly and I had a great experience!

I've been a patient at the short pump location for years. Clean, roomy, office and the dental techs are always thorough and friendly. They get to know you. Unlike places I've been in the past, these folks don't try to upsell you on procedures or any nonsense like that.

Lovely staff and doctors. I actually look forward to my visits and my dental hygienist is so sweet! The care they provide is top notch and I love the availability and flexibility with my schedule. Highly recommend.
