Magnolia Nail Salon in Westerville, OH

Very nice staff. I was greeted and thanked. Also got my toes done and they did great and spoke to me and was clear. Will be back for more pedicures. Also very clean and beautiful layout

I loved my experience with Magnolia for a pedicure and my feel look great! Husband and I both came in for pedis. It was his first one, and his feet look great! The women working are personable and kind, especially for my husbands first time. There were tons of regular and gel nail colors to choose from and my pedi has lasted many weeks. Since it's so close to me, I will be sure to be back for my next nail appointment. The price point here for services is definitely better than competing area salons. (There are many)

Not sure whats going on with this place but I made an appointment online two days prior based on all the positive reviews and when I got there the salon was super crowded and small, did not meet my cleanliness standards at all, limited services, and I saw one of the techs all bitten up on his arms and legs which was severely alarming and it looked like he had a classic sign of a bed bug problem since it was all patterned and thats very contagious person to person if not careful and could infest the salon. I was scared to even sit down in this place and didnt want to catch anything so beware! Then I started having my eyes and nose severely burn and throat close up bc of how crowded it was and the amount of latex gloves in this place. I normally just stay a few feet away and have the salon use nitrile given my allergy but it was so strong in the air I had to leave out of an emergency to breathe. I asked if they would charge me still given the allergy circumstance and they said no so I went to a sister salon in Powell which was amazing and they did a great job and I was able to get gelX whereas they dont even offer gelx here yet btw. Well while there I saw Magnolia charged me! The system apparently did a late cancel. So I drove back to discuss with them and the manager got very rude and argumentative stating I should have entered my allergies into the notes when booking and that shes going to write a note Im not allowed to be seen here ever. WTF? Well how was I supposed to know the environment was to that level Ive never been to this salon before and always been fine as long as I stay a few feet away and have the tech use nitrile gloves. Honestly not going to try to go back regardless. I was treated with a lot of disrespect and she was a total bitch to me while chatting outside with mega attitude and tone! Its a severe allergy I couldnt help it and didnt want to go to the hospital today and didnt have my epi pen on me and got charged over $60 with no service performed there so absurd so now Ill be calling my bank. Overall a horrible experience yet a full 180 positive experience at their sister location which was more spacious, friendly, and clean. I guess the owner just defers to each locations manager and its different. Never ever had this type of experience with a nail salon before and I get the charge if I actually late cancelled but I showed up and was forced to leave not my fault then was treated very poorly and gaslighted as a customer. Please don't support this business.

I went for a pedicure after work and it was amazing. I walk a lot at work so my feet are not in the best condition after a work week but I left the salon with soft beautiful feet.

Let me just say this.. AMAZING Pedicure. As I looked at the muni of services, I was torn between the Magnolia and the Indulgence Pedicure. I chose the Indulgence Pedicure and was not disappointed. The detox crystals left my feet moisturized and the extended massage was divine. I got the honeysuckle aroma. I am completely relaxed.
