It is a secret, because it's hard to find if you are not familiar with the shopping center. But the owner was so friendly and helpful. I didn't end up buying anything that day because she didn't have exactly what I needed, but she was super helpful, and I will definitely return!

This place was recommended so I scheduled an appointment through the Booksy app, that charges $14 which was to be deducted from the service once provided. Confirmation was received in the morning via email. I drove 30 min to this place to find out they sent me an email 3.5 hours before my appointment that it was cancelled. There were no other beauticians that could do the two-strand twist. A phone call and/or text would had meant more immediate notification. But imagine my surprise to learn they do not refund back the $14 pre-payment and want you to reschedule. So essentially, you pay $14 for a service that may or may not happen at the discretion of this company. No Thank you. This business model is not satisfactory for me, therefore a customer lost. I highly recommend Sheldeez as I never received this type of service. I ended up doing my child's hair myself and it looked as good if not better than any beautician has done.

I booked a take down on Booksy for $30. I was charged a $6 deposit, with a $24 balance. The entire service took less than 30 minutes because it was more like a 1/2 weave. Wonderful. The woman wrote a receipt and walked it to the register, then went back to the braid room. All of a sudden the cashier says I owe $40!! What in the world?! I showed him the Booksy app for proof of the proper amount and paid $24 cash. I am not a fan of those that attempt to get over and take advantage of folks. I will not be back. I gave an extra star solely because the woman who provided the service was nice. But shame on the business for the attempted bait and switch.

Your employee convinced me to purchase the hair when I was set to purchase the one I was use to. I'm guessing she was up selling and it worked. My point is I came back 10 MINUTES later therefore it's obvious the hair was not tampered with and an exception should've been made knowing that HOWEVER your store is ALL about the money and NOT the service. Customer Service is EVERYTHING and it's apparent your store is lacking that. NO I will absolutely NOT give your store another chance and will continue to warn my friends and family here in Ashburn to take their business to BEAUTY WORLD in Herndon where the prices are lower the customer service is better. But thank you for your response 10 MONTHS later.

I visited this store looking for a wig. There was no one in the front of store to assist us. The shop has a salon in back where 2 women had clients . I waited for done one to come to front we walked by them to be visible No One said hi, I'll be right with you Nothing. I finally said I was ready to ring up, woman came up to register with attitude , when I asked length if wig , she said whatever on wig is length.
