I came to this place to get a polish change which was $15 (some places are $25). Thru helped me promptly and so far (3 days later) the polish still looks good. It was a language barrier so majority of the time I was confused as to what was going on but overall, it was a decent experience.
STAY AWAY. It's like everyone at this place has an attitude. Their customer service is not trash, it's Hell, and the service is not even worth it. Was there two weeks ago and a tech named "Cindy" did a pretty color on someones feet, asked her what color it was, she immediately shuts me down.."it's a custom color, I do for you next time". Today was next time, I told the front desk I would wait for her so she can do the color and AGAIN same attitude. At that point I walked out and I will never go there again. Nothing about this place is "Harmony". They need a rebrand, something like Misery Nails.
BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS: I requested a pedicure with shellac and they first said 35 on the phone and when I showed up they tried telling me they had 3 different pedicures ranging all the way up to $75. My biggest problem came when I noticed the poor quality of the cuts on my nails and the dryness on my feet was still evident. My husband called to get prices after the fact and a lady couldn't even explain what the difference between all the pedicures were. This place just puts different prices to trick you into paying for the most expensive one and they don't even do a good job at it to begin with. I ended up paying a whopping $85 for poorly cut nails and dry feet. DO NOT COME HERE.
