I come here for waxing and they always do a great job. My only complaint is that the waxing room's door doesn't open all the way and I have a prosthetic leg, which means I have to turn sideways and side step through the door. If they could fix that it'd be 5 stars for sure!
I have been going here for about two years and I have never had a bad experience. They do phenomenal dip powder and their pedicures are wonderful!
All of their technicians are really talented, kind, and I appreciate the steps they are taking to keep the spa open during the pandemic.
I can't say how terrible the service or my fill was. I went 2 days in a row. First day, only one person was there and she tells me she can't do fills. Second day, one person is there again and I'm told to come back in an hour. I do, now there's 2. I asked for a fill and a sculptured nail repair. She does the fill and filed down the one nail. Worst nail salon I've ever been in. There were 2 people waiting for a pedicure. 4 ladies waiting on their brows. Two of my nails broke within 3 days. I really wanted to like this salon but I'll never go back. Update: Within 5 days, 4 nails broke. Never have I had a worse nail experience.
Very pretty inside.. received a mani and pedi... not impressed with the end result.... most likely will be at another salon tomorrow.
I have not yet once has a good experience with this salon. It is the most convenient salon for me so I have given them a chance THREE times. Every single time I go, my nails are broken/chipped within 24 hours. First two times I got gel, and the third I got the dip powder. The Gel cracked within 24 hours and was completely gone after a week (which usually last 2-3 weeks) I decided to try dip (which lasts 4 weeks at other salons) and it hasn't even been a week and one of my nails is already gone. The quality/training is not good, and I would never recommend going. It will be a waste of money.
