I'm so upset. The woman that did my eyebrow threading said "oops" in the middle of threading. She completely shredded my eyebrows. They are razor thin. She refused to give me a refund and said she only said oops to say "oops they look so good" I literally feel assaulted. The least she could do was refund me. Horrible people. I'm filing a complaint with the licensing board.

Eyebrow Threading  salons are hard to find in Delaware. So I have to say this place is a GEM 5 stars all the way. Very professional and sweet owner. Mother daughter shop that care to want to engage in conversation with their customers which I love! They are quick if you are ever on the go. They have been here for 15 years which shows in their professionalism as well as how well they provide services. Will certain return back! Thank you for your amazing service I love it !

I have naturally thick and full eyebrows. I'm out of town and took a chance to try this place out. I was pretty much happy with what I had. I told the lady I just needed them to be cleaned up a little and to keep the same shape. I wanted to cry when I looked at the damage she did. She completely changed the shape of my brows making them 2 uneven overly arched thin lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my brows and temples. When I pointed this out she said it looked fine and if I wanted more off she would take it off. There is nothing more to take off! I literally have no eyebrows. This is the worst threading experience of my life and I have been doing threading for over 20 years!!! It will take forever for them to grow back.

I just got my eyebrows threaded here. Best kept secret in DE, so glad I decided to trust some of the other reviews. The lady that threaded my eyebrows was nice and threaded my eyebrows fast. It didn't hurt and it only cost $8! I used to drive to NJ (while visiting family) to get my eyebrows threaded. I don't play games when it comes to nice looking eyebrows, which is why I don't wax/pluck. Will absolutely come back to this DE salon.

I went for eyebrows for me  n henna for my kids ,they charge me $50 on my card n the lady owner says the payment didn't go through she didn't have  a receipt , she insisted  I should give her cash .. I told her it's shows payment on my fone already been charge ,she refused ,I didn't have cash I have to pay her she told my two kids not to leave I had to walk down near Dunkin donuts there was an atm machine I took out $50  gave her since she insisted the payment not showing on her end..she won't let my kids go.. this lady horrible  ,she charged me twice.. I call the bank to confirm ,I get the papers printed out come back  to get my cash n guess what the lady wasnt there was told she travelled.. I call the bank and I was told she already closed the account .. until today she never returned my money went there 5times.. and got done with it... She never pay me back.. watch out ladies.. this place s horrible charging double.. I gave it 1 star since it won't let me post but it doesn't deserve a star
