I have been enjoying my salon visits for 12 years. Pat is a very professional stylist and really knows hair care. I just returned from an out of town Christmas vacation. I received so many compliments on my haircut which made me feel great. Looking forward to my next visit and buying some more Aveda products. She will never pressure you to buy anything, products there if you want it. I promise, you will love it here!

Susan S. is right on with her review. The owner actually schedules and performs cuts with her arm in a cast! I was bewildered she scheduled me in with no warning that she was so severely compromised. Once I arrived for my time I almost couldn't believe what was happening but on her assurance she could still cut I went thru with it ~ regrettably. It was the worst haircut of my adult life and she showed no interest in making the hack job of a cut right. I mistakenly thought she would correct the impossible mess she left me with and when I called to schedule she once again offered available appointment times until I inquired about the current state of her arm and hand and if she was going to charge again for fixing the cut! She instantly became belligerent and reported she just got out of the hospital from almost dying and that her arm was not healed! Yet, she was going to put another person in her chair!!! Ughhhh! There are too many Salons to choose from in Lake Stevens to accept this kind of anti professionalism and complete lack of ethical responsibility. She has no business doing haircuts.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not go here! The owner/stylist will pressure you into something you clearly said you do not want. Eventually she won and now I have a horrible haircut with short bangs that I cannot do anything with.
