I decided to try this nail salon after reading reviews from multiple places and I am very happy with the service I received. My nail tech was Chloe and she did a fantastic job! Chloe helped me choose my colors and took her time. I didn't feel rushed I will definitely be coming back.
Brought my grandma here on jan 1. Service terrible. Techs acted like they didnt want to serve us. Left us sitting in the pedi chairs w no water until busy tech was available even though we asked to turn them on. Charged me $85 total (60 for pedi mani combo 15 for gel takeoff 10 for new gel! ) Will never go back. The space is pretty & clean but the ppl are so unfriendly.
I asked for a soak off, and they ripped them off instead and when I asked if they could soak them because it was hurting they just laughed and continued to rip them off.
I would give this place minus stars if possible. I just recently had my nails done here and had been a customer for the past year. I just had my nails done 7 days ago and one completely came off. I went in yesterday to have it repaired and I was told if it had been longer than three days I would be charged $5.00. They could clearly see my nails were freshly done and their was no damage to my nail other than it was missing. I pay good money at this expensive salon plus a tip and they can't even fix a nail that is their fault for not applying properly. No thanks. Might be only $5.00 but if they do this kind of work I can see why they need it and I will pay to have completely finished somewhere my business is appreciated and who stands behind their work! I told them forget it and said I wouldn't be back as a went out the door.
I paid $50 for pedicure that lasted 12 minutes.. From the price, the 12 minutes of time, the cut on my skin, and then the claws in scratching he thought was a massage. I'm all for trying new places and new experiences but never will I again come to this salon. After making a complaint to the manger I was given a $10 refund and her apologies not the man who did it.
