I only go to great clips every once in a while when I need to get my hair washed in a hurry. Apparently washing and blow drying hair is too much to handle for some people. I had a pleasant experience in the past, but today was a different story. The lady was rushing to get my hair done. She didn't blow dry my hair all the way. It was still wet, but worst of all, she didn't even part it or brush it out all the way! I only noticed when I got out to my car that my hair was all a mess and I had to walk back in and ask her to part it. Parting hair is the most basic thing a hair stylist should do. Again, I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I don't think I will ever come back here.
Staff goes above and beyond to service their customers. Very impressed by them and they give great haircuts. They work overtime to appease last minute customers when they really are not obligated to.
After having a horrible experience with another local competitor, I came to this location to correct the mistakes made. Christina was able to get me in the chair quickly, was great in making suggestions, and ensuring I was happy with the outcome. This location obviously understands the importance of their customers. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Last time I am ever going to a great clips. Told the girl that I didn't want any layers -- wanted my hair to be one length. I have (had) beautiful long hair that I recently dyed, so there was some breakage around my face.... apparently she felt the need to take her scissors at an angle to both sides of my face, and cut my hair downward.... I've never seen anyone do that in my life. After she was done, she asked if it was okay and I told her it was fine because I didn't want her to try to go back and fix it. That's how upset and terrified I was of her putting scissors to my hair again. I ended up with choppy hair that's very uneven in the front (picture attached). The front of my hair is really short and the back is really long. I have worked SO HARD on growing out my hair and it looks HORRIBLE. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I could've done a better job blindfolded.. can't even believe it
Every time I need a haircut I come to Great Clips . I usually get my hair washed real good and my hair trimmed no special Style. Everyone's real nice. Always a good experience
