My daughter and I were walk ins. Her guy wasn't even doing what she asked and put the completely wrong color on her nails. He corrected it but she walked away unsatisfied with how they turned out. Sticker on accent nail was sticking up...My guy cut my cuticle with the dremel, (I hope they sanitize those Dremels) burned my nails with dremel because he had it in one place for too long...ouch. Then he put gel polish on and didn't even know it and while I sat under dryer for 30 minutes and they still weren't dry. Come to find out it was gel he put on my nails and I need the lamp to dry them!! Horrible experience and they still charged me full price. Ok wait, they gave me $5 off gel polish when I didn't even ask for gel polish. Maybe the ladies in there are better but I won't be going back there ever.

I have dip powder nails and most salons wont attempt designs...they say they cant do it. The staff at this salon are wonderful! The girls are excellent! They can do great designs!!!! Highly recommend this salon.
I've been a return customer for many years, lately they care more about the walk ins rather than their customers that had appointments, their appointments are never on time, and when you make an appointment with Kim nine out of 10 times she's not there even though you have an appointment, I found another nail salon in Englewood that is so much better, and they are very nice and excellent service! I will never return to this nail salon! Bye bye!!
I did a walk-in for 2 people. I asked what the wait time was. I was told 15 minutes. My friend and I accepted this as the wait time. We were brought back to the pedicure area and sat with our feet on plain hot water for 20 minutes. After 20 min of soaking our feet, the water was cold and one nail person came over to tend to BOTH of us which meant on of us had to sit and wait. This was not what we expected our experience to be. The entire experience took close to 2.5 hours. Very disappointed as the poor nail tech had to rush from one to the other as we were on a time limit. Not only was that disappointing, the place was not clean.
