Lovely Willie Day Spa & Salon in Jacksonville, NC

This review was long overdue, before coming to this salon I read these reviews and was excited to get my hair done by someone who is said to be so talented .however I Made an appointment and the owner forgot my appointment then proceed to to tell me to come at a later  time so she can tend to a personal issue , come at the time agreed and is late because she was grabbing lunch. I asked for a trim and got a haircut and was over priced for something that was not asked for. I hope review can help anyone looking for a professional and talented stylist.

I was looking for someone to help with my daughters hair after some serious breakage and I came across this salon and the reviews were good enough for me to check it out!! I met Ms. Ebony and I have to say it was a wonderful experience she kept it real and thoroughly explained all options for my baby girls hair. She made her comfortable and helped her understand what was going on with her hair. Great experience thank you Ms. Ebony

I recently moved here from Georgia and I had the hardest time trying to find a local stylist who I could trust with my hair! After plenty of research and reading all the reviews I can see why you can't say anything negative! The salon was very clean and relaxing. I received a sew in which I love!! The only thing that was a slight issue was the time I spent there but she promised me that it will never happen again, but all in all I'm very satisfied and will definitely be returning!

After returning to Jacksonville after five years in D.C. I was excited to see that Ebony was still available. Not only was she flexible in her appointment times, but she remembered how particular I am when it came to styling. She gave me a hair assessment and followed up with a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. After styling we came up with plan to treat and repair the damage of constant heat and chemicals. So happy with the Ebony and what she continues to do to repair my hair!!
