This was my first ever Brazilian waxing experience and I immediately rescheduled my next appointment. Not only did Jamie make me feel super comfortable but she provided the best waxing experience I've ever had. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks!

The first time I used them, their power went out and tripped a breaker. Instead of rescheduling, they insisted the wax would be fine. Needless to say, it cooled too fast and was one of the worst waxes I've ever had. Additionally, the esthetician didn't clean the wax off of me so peeling my clothing back off at home was incredibly painful.

The second time was decent. The third time, the wax was about to run out, but the warmer wasn't turned down, resulting in it being too hot and burning me. It took two weeks for my skin not to be red and painful and by then, the hair was growing back again.

The last time, the esthetician took off my preferred leave alone hair, resulting in a wax I wasn't happy with the looks of.  

I booked one final one, mainly because there's no where else to go in Jacksonville, and had to reschedule because I was running a fever. They refused to waive the cancellation fee, even though I had a fever and the country is in the middle of a pandemic. They obviously don't care about about the health and safety of their employees or clients if they expected someone to come anyway even while sick.

I wanted to like this place, I really did, but I can't not be honest about my experience. I believe it was Josie who had done mine and my husbands brows, and shape wise both of them turned out great, but unfortunately she applied wax THREE times to the same area on my right eyebrow. I have never in my years of being waxed had wax applied more than two times tops. She claimed it was to get a couple of stubborn hairs (I thought this is what tweezers were for?), and that the area would likely be irritated... Irritated is an understatement. My eyelid/eyebrow area is now raw, dry, and painful and I'm having to (carefully) apply Neosporin and cooling creams to try and get some relief and help heal it. Again, I've never been burnt to any capacity in all these years of being waxed. I wanted to love this place and continue giving them my business, but definitely won't be coming back.

So this was my first time getting a facial ever so wasn't really sure what the full process was like. The staff member who would be doing my facial asked what kind I wanted and handed me a sheet and said to pick one and then she walked away to set up the room. Well, since I didn't know what I was doing I just picked one. I go into the room and she leaves the door open the whole time I got a facial and there was loud music playing the whole time. She never asked me once if I was okay during the facial or told me what the steps were. She just scrubbed my face and then wiped it off with a paper towel which really hurt and then put the facial mask on and got it in my eye and my mouth and didn't even say sorry. As I was sitting there with the mask on she was on her phone. She finished my facial and said okay you're done! Like okay... and as I got up she was like do you wanna see??? Like yes, I would like to know what you did to my face... she didn't say anything about after care or anything that my face could possible do. The owner or another staff member did. I will never go back here again and I hope the girl who did my facial can try and speak to her clients a little more. That goes a long way! Very disappointed.

My first time coming here and everyone was super nice. My waxer was very friendly but my wax wasn't as expected for the price. I have been going to European wax center for about a year and I just moved here and there aren't any so I tried this place. I left with a big amount of hair left on me and bigger about of wax left on me. It was so painful to change when I got home my pants where stuck to me and It took a while to get the wax off. The lady said warm water and that didn't help it still hurt like getting waxed all over again. My skin was so sensitive after. More then usual and I was bleeding on my bikini line. I also left feeling so sticky they didn't wipe me down after with anything which I thought was odd (maybe not). I think they are over priced.
