I am HIGHLY upset. I come in for a gel pedicure and a full acrylic set with gel . The place is new and looks clean but the prices for the services were not fully disclosed and they were dishonest. On the website, and in the shop on brochure it states $40 for full sets with acrylic nails and gel and I was charged an extra $15 at the end for "shape and length" of my and i quote (before i sat down) "i'd like this almond / natural shape mediumish length" and showed a picture. Nick stated okay and DID not tell me that it would be an extra $15 if i didn't get a anything other than short square stubby nails. He could have been honest and told me upfront but at check out argued back and forth with me after i stated nowhere does it say you charger for shape and length and since you don't advertise that you should have told me prior to completing my nails. Nick proceeded to say no you got long nails and almond, round or anything other than square is an an extra charge. Not to mention the lack of health practices already. he did not let me wash my hands prior to nail polish which i've done at every other nail salon i've ever been too. and during my pedicure my cuticles got cut after i've been lotioned and massages. DONT GO.
I got a pedicure here a few days ago because a friend of mine recommended it.
When the guy trimmed my toes he never went back and filed them to be an even shape, he just left them jagged and uneven. On top of this he cut too deep on 4 of my toes (apparently he didn't notice me pulling away when it hurt) and caused them to bleed. 4 of them.
The only reason I went was because I'm 36 weeks pregnant and can't do my own toes even if I wanted to. Don't go here, it's not at all 4-5 stars.
I arrived at 6pm and they immediately greeted me and helped me right away. They were very lovely people and the man who did my nails was so sweet and very precise with his work. No mistakes and when the line was even the slightest bit off, he redid it without asking. This place is extremely clean. I will 100% start coming here every two weeks for my nails
Nick did my nails and they look incredible. He was gentle and really took care to make them look great. I'm loving them. Tina did my toes and she was so sweet. Very gentle! I'm very ticklish so she has fun laughing at me squirming lol. Overall, I'm very pleased!
