Love Threading Bar, Microblading, Threading, and more in Cleveland, OH

I've been here 3 times to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time was great, the second time was eh, the third time was the absolute worst eyebrow threading I've ever had in the 10+ years of getting my eyebrows threaded. Looked horrible, uneven, hurt terribly, and the women even caught my hair (on my head) in the thread and pulled it out. This place is so inconsistent, I think it was the first time this woman had ever threaded someone's eyebrows. Absolutely horrible, do not go here.

I always had gone to get threading done about a 30 minute drive from me and I thought I would try this place out since it was so much closer. This was my second time here and I honestly regret going and giving this place a second chance after my first visit. Both times I had gone were during the weekdays, usually midday and I did not catch the employee's name but she was not pleasant whatsoever and had the biggest attitude each visit (if you hate your job so much, find another or go do something else that isn't customer facing). I had multiple cuts on my upper lip after my first visit and I am not new to threading as I have been having this done for close to 20 years and never had I been cut so badly. Although I had such a bad experience, I decided to give this place a second chance because I thought the threading lady was probably having an off day. I first arrive and it appeared that the door to the salon was jammed/stuck and I was pushing on it for a couple minutes without success and the employee did not even get up to help open the door and kept telling me to push, which I was very much trying to do. It seemed like such an effort for her to get up and help a customer enter this place of business where the customer will be spending money. I then asked her if she could please be more gentle when threading because I got cut a few times and I am graduating from graduate school this weekend. She was first shocked I would accuse her and asked if I was sure it was her. I told her yes I was sure as I had only been there one other time. Rather than taking ownership, she went back and forth with me saying things like the skin needs to be stretched more, which like I mentioned above, I had been getting threading done for 2 decades and if the person threading is diligent about telling their clients where to stretch their skin there are usually no issues. I just complied and wanted to get out of there as soon as the threading was done. After threading, she handed me the mirror and I saw areas that she missed hairs but I did not want to stay there a minute longer because I saw 3 other places that I had gotten cut. She of course was just threading my upper lip at random locations without telling me to stretch the skin and expecting me to read her mind. There are so many other great businesses where the employees greet customers with a pleasant demeanor and without attitude. We are spending our hard earned money at businesses like this that don't deserve it. The part that irks me the most is that as a woman, you are purposely cutting another woman's face and disregarding her concerns.

I really used to love coming here and when Samar added the new services I was like yes! I don't have to drive around the city.....until she started reprimanding the employees in front of people. The first time was when I was getting a threading service she made a passive aggressive comment like she didn't like how it turned out even though they were fine. The next time was with a nail tech who she outwardly criticized while I was being serviced. Im all for supporting small business. Im not for degrading your employees in front of costumers. At the end of the day I feel this is the norm and from that I just gotta find a new small business to support

I love LOVE Threading bar. I have gone twice for microblading touch ups and Samar makes sure my brows are perfect every time. I receive compliments all the time on my brows! The waiting area feels very comfortable and all of the space is kept clean .
