The owner of this barbershop is the best one in there. The other two he got in there. Man Please!! Reiko please do not make a appointment with him. Because, he will be M.I.A on you in a minute. And you be done made a appointment with him. I know things come up. But, he has done it to much. In the short time I have taking my family there. Then the guy next to him. I believe his name is McKie. That dude needs to go back to barber school. Or he just can't see one. Enough Said. So if you go there. Only let the owner cut your hair. I will not be returning. Due to my own reasons.

I don't know if its just me, but the over all customer service could be a lot better. Once thing I have noticed on two occasions coming here is that while you get your hair cut the barbers and literally reviewing each other's each while your in the chair. Now all I wanted was a tapered cut on one occasion and a full fade on another. When I was leaving from getting my fade the barber actually called me back to the chair to fix something with the cut. Also I forget his name, but the larger barber in the shop is just so arrogant about how to talks to his employees. I was a walk in and was just sitting there not complaining or anything, but he kept making a point of saying someone will get to you when hes available. I didn't mind the wait as it was Friday afternoon. He said this multiple times to stress that he is an appointment only barber. It got on my last nerves. Sir you have an empty chair and I'm not complaining. If you aren't gonna go ahead and cut my hair leave me alone and let me wait. I literally only go here out of NECESSITY ONLY when all other options are not possible. It is cheaper I must say than going to downtown Augusta, but you get what you pay for. This phrase goes for quality of service also.
