They have untrained staff working at this salon. There are a select few technicians that do nails well. The past two times i have gone here the technician had no idea what she was doing. She cut me twice and left my nails crooked and uneven
Worst place I have ever gotten my nails done I went in for a full 45 dollars later I left with the worst nail full I have ever seen if I could post pics I would, Do not go here!!!
Sean always does fabulous pedicures! And May does my nails - they always look super cute. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended this Salon.
What happened to the cocktails they used to give out? Laat time i went it was a choice of water or soda. Boo
I made an appointment to get SNS on my nails and a pedicure for my mother on Monday, October 5. When we arrived 10 minutes early I still had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before they got started on our nails. This is understandable. Due to Covid they may be short staffed. I showed the technician a photo of the design that I wanted. She said that she could do it, although she may not be able to do that exact design since I wanted short nails. I told her that would be fine. After filing down my nails to prep for the SNS, she got up and went in the back for 5-10 minutes. When she returned she finished working on my nails. When it came time to do the design she poorly attempted it 3 times before saying "I can't do that" and just got up and walked away. Another man came to attempt the design. He attempted it another 3 times before finally putting the top coat on and saying that was "the best he could do." Needless to say, my nails look horrible. I have never received such a poor job. They do not resemble the photo I showed them in the slightest (which was not a difficult design). It has been 3 days and they are already lifting and peeling off. I could not be more disappointed.
In addition to this, my mother was charged almost double for her pedicure because the technician told her her feet looked like they had a "fungus." She does not have a foot fungus. I didn't realize that the technicians were trained podiatrists!
They also trimmed both of our cuticles so harshly that we bled.
We will not be returning!
