I am new to the area and came here looking for someone to fix what a very overpriced salon messed up only a week ago. The service and attention to detail that I received and witnessed was amazing. No one rushed to finish what they were doing, instead they took their time and did it right. The prices are amazing as well. My pedicure was fine although I wish there would be more massage with it. Kenny did my fill ins and repair and he wa so nice. Being new here we got to talking and he was able to recommend a few places for us to go see. My nails came out amazing, not one complaint. I will definitely be a returning customer for Kenny to continue to do such a wonderful job correcting someone else's horribly crappy work. I would tell everyone I meet to go see Kenny. Keep up the great work y'all. I will be back for sure.
Literally the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon and oh I've had a few. For starters I came in at 6:30. Mind you, I know they close at 8 so I figured an hour & a half was more than enough time to get my nails done and a pedicure. Boy was I wrong. I signed in and literally sat there for an hr without anybody coming over to see what services I wanted. Nor did they check the log in book. It was almost as if ALL the techs moved in slow motion and after waiting an hour (mind you I didn't get rude or say anything to anyone even though I was beyond annoyed) I walked out when I realized it was almost 7:45 and there was no way they would be able to get me in within the 15 minutes they had left. Though I've heard they do an amazing job and this would have been my first time trying them out, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN! The customer service needs MAJOR fixing and at this point I can see why their rating doesn't look so good. Almost a $100 worth of services this business missed out on because of their lack of customer service and no regard for a PAYING CUSTOMER'S time. Definitely won't recommend them to others.
I don't expect much from a nail place located in a Walmart. They only know the basics and they do not give you much else. They do try to upsell their services but it seems only one technician knows how to do anything more than a simple pedicure or manicure, so if you agree you'll have to wait for the technician's schedule to free up. Forget about asking for specific designs. I would probably bring kids here as a good starter place. It's cheap and kids are usually happy with simplicity.
If no stars was an option I would have chosen that. I waited an hour for a fill in and it wasn't busy! The techs are slow and rude!! An hour to paint nails?!?!? It's not the Sistine chapel! The techs didn't seem concerned at all! Never again!
This business does great work. The service suffered today because there were not enough technicians. I had planned to get the pink and white and a pedicure however I was not able to get my pedicure because there was not enough staff and it took over an hour and a half to complete my pink and white service today's visit was disappointing hi suggest that this business hires more technician especially on a busy Saturday
