Bait and Switch Nail salon Léele Nail Salon is a huge disappointment. If you are attracted to them because of their prices then turn away now because online prices aren't in store prices. I scheduled a basic mani pedi online and upon arriving was upgraded to gel toes without my permission. Then when moving to get my nails done I was then informed that French tip is $15 extra for fingers and $10 for toes. This information is not available online and for this to be told to me halfway through the service is absolutely backwards. Afterwards I was told my total was $90. Imagine my shock when I originally made an appointment for a $50 mani pedi. After I pointed out that upgrading me automatically without my permission was unacceptable I was told that it was on me to tell them what service I had scheduled online and to manage the nail tech. What am I paying them $90 for? They refused to apologize until the manager and staff all spoke in a different language for five minutes in front of me holding my $100 bill until I asked for them to give me my change so I can leave. I was offered a discount but regardless don't pay $70-100 for your nails to look like this the second day. Poor service. Bad customer service. Bad quality nail polish- no top coat given. Proceed with caution.

Went in for a gel nail fill in. Initial service was ok with the exception that I mentioned one nail was broken below the nail bed and asked that it be given special attention. Also asked for a specific design on display. They agreed. Once my nail were almost done I inquired about the design only to be told I got the wrong color for the design. I returned after about 3 days with a broken nail (my fault). The technician proceeded to apply a skinny pointed nail tip. I told her it was too small. She applied it anyway. I told her repeatedly it was too small. She either ignored me or didn't understand. She got another, more experienced technician to assist. She proceeded to file the mail even skinnier. This nail was looking markedly different from my others. I finally just had them cut the nail and let me go. I went to another salon. The technician applied an acrylic form and tip. This looked much better. Then a day or two later,the original broken nail broke again because it had not been repaired properly. Big surprise ... I don't care for this salon. I won't return. I don't recommen6r.

Lee is my favorite! She always has my nails on point. The ambience in the salon is always great. Not to mention my nails last over a month. The work speaks for itself 10/10

If cleanliness and customer service is important to you, this is not your place. I got a mani pedi here. As my feet are soaking, the largest roach probably on the planet emerged and crawled towards my empty shoes on the floor. A technician assisted by scooping my shoes up and handing them to me to sit in my lap. Arriving at the register to pay, there were several drops of blood on the floor. Not red nail polish, clearly blood. I calmly pointed this out and the owner responded with an attitude as if I inconvenienced her. I took this short video of her cleaning the blood spots from the floor. I told a friend about my experience and she shared she had gone there and gotten a serious nail fungus that took months of different medication to clear.

Regular Manicure and pedicure. Lee did my nails. Pedicure was fine but the manicure was bad....lots of polish on my skin around the nailed. Dark red. Yuk. I had to ask 3x for her to remove the excess polish but it was not any better. I understand how the darker colors tend to stain more but she acted without care and offered no explanation. She just cleaned up our area and went to her next client. Of course this was AFTER I paid and gave her 20% tip. Beware of Lee....
