A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.

I will never go to this location in South Park mall again. They were rude and want you to wait 2 hours when they have technicians available. Bad business and you wont ever get my money again!
Got my nails done and paid $55 for these. All I wanted was some money back as they looked so bad and I needed to get going. I was told to come back later to get them fixed. They honestly looked so bad, I didn't want her to try and fix them. She refused to give me some money back. My nails look horrible and they're so sore. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years now and I've never had such a bad experience. I will not be back and I will be letting everyone know how bad the service was.
Comes off as a super nice place. They do a good job on your nails. It is a little bit in the pricey side, but I can look past that. What I CANNOT look past is not cleaning your products. I have gotten three fills of my acrylics and every time I was very happy with the outcome until I took them off because I wanted to let my nails breathe and what I found is absolutely unacceptable. I have been getting fake nails for some time and i know that it ruins your nails, but I have NEVER experienced this before. I do not recommend going here and if you do, bring your own nail care products.
This used to be such a great place. I went to the same person every time I went to get a mani pedi. This last time I went I decided to try the no chip nail polish. The polish was put on over the skin in a few areas and over the cuticle on every finger. The application on the cuticle began to chip and flake off. I didn't realize I could go back and there was a 'warranty" on a nail job till a friend told me there was. So I went back and explained to the owner and he said it was due to polish flow as in there was to much polish on the nail overflowing to the skin. Since it wasn't the next day he told me that the only way he could fix this would be to apply regular nail polish over the shellac otherwise he would have to start all over. I said that was no problem to start over but he said no it will look fine to just put the regular polish over it and said that is the only way I can fix it for you. So he filled off the cuticles and the ridge of the shellac and had the person who put to much shellac polish put on the regular nail polish. I had to ask for her to fill in spots she missed...my real nail was showing. Then I had to ask for them to clean up the nail polish that was on my fingers. I'm not talking about tiny ooopsies there was lots of nail polish around each nail. She knew it was there because when she was painting them she scraped off the wet polish with her fingernail leaving the smear behind. She just didn't do the clean up work. I feel like this salon has gone downhill unfortunately. But I do notice that the owner does a great job when he works on his regular clients. So if you are a regular of the owners you are probably going to get great service here.
Speak English in America They over charge for nail polish Try to charge me $5 extra for additional color for one finger. I guess it was too much effort. Worst customer service Never leaving One stop salon again
