I usually take my kids here for cheap haircuts and it always turns out fine. However, I went in for a trim between getting my hair colored (I normally do it at the same time and great clips doesn't do color). Today I asked for a way and cut about an inch. So she washed my hair and the shampoo smelled great but it was the quickest wash I have ever had, even when i do it myself. Then, when she's brushes my hair she informed me that she "didn't have any wet brushes clean and hated the brush" she was using. She didn't put ONE product in my hair to detangle it, just went in ripping right through. I've always been told, when brushing long hair, start at the bottom and work up so you're not just ripping through the tangles. Nope, she started at the top then comments on how much hair is coming out!! I wonder why! Pulling and ripping, ugh. Then she asked if I wanted it dried. I said yes please. She spent maybe 2 minutes drying it, with no heat protectant what so ever! I walked out with half dry hair... not even finished. Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.
Overall, very good! Gave me a great haircut! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! This place is great, I highly recommend it! They are very nice and I like them because they treat you like actual customers! Great place! I recommend it!
My husband stopped in a couple weeks ago for $4.99 haircut. The young lady did a horrible job. Almost left a 56 year old man with a Mohawk and shaved head. The manager (I think) came over and tried to fix what the girl screwed up. It didn't work and my husband was sooo upset. He walks his daughter down the isle in just a couple weeks and it's not pretty at all. They still charged him, which was ridiculous. I would recommend not stopping at this location for a while.
