Absolutely Amazing!! My nail tech was Holly and she is now my new nail tech and How Nails is my new and forever nail salon! Everyone is so nice and friendly, very clean salon, and amazing nails!! The owners are super friendly and their son William is absolutely adorable. They also have a program to earn points for a free nail service!! Best nails I ever got!!A must go!!
I called at around 3 and asked what time I could come in for a walk in to get an acrylic full set. I was told to come in at 5:30, but when I arrived I sat and waited until 6:45 for a tech to finally start doing my nails. The salon closes at 7, and the lady was clearly rushing. She cut my cuticles very short and filed off some of my skin. There were multiple people hovering over her while she was doing my nails which made her and I both uncomfortable. Overall, the experience wasn't the best. My nails look fine, but aren't worth the money at all. I didn't tip well because of the quality of the service and the people working there had very strong opinions on it.
Stopped in for a pedicure and dip manicure. How is the new owner and did my dip perfectly. Nail shape, thickness and length were exactly what I wanted and the color was beautiful. Then had a Refresher pedicure that includes a paraffin dip and hot stone massage. Wendy did an amazing job. The water, wax, towel and stone temperatures were spot on. And the massage was top tier. Probably on of the best pedicures I'd ever had. I'd highly recommend this place.
