Friendly Nails in Morgantown, WV

Yeah, I'll let the before and after speak for itself. They were nice people and mean well, but keep expectations low. My fingertips also got sliced up from the aggressive shaping like paper cuts.

Worse experience ever. The woman cut off all my nails and then gave me a different color than expected. I believe her name is Heila. My hands legitimately look like two different people's hands. Then I paid 45 bucks for nails that I absolutely hate. Never again will I go to Friendly Nails. This experience was so ridiculous.

Went in for a spa pedicure and fill on a 3week old full set they had previously filled. There are still remnants of the set I had from when I went to the first time by that was a busier I was beyond satisfied with my pedicure but failed to get the lady's name. She was patient, attentive and really took her time. I'd give her 4 stars alone. I picked a clear sparkle and when I looked up I had another color being applied thanks to Helen that I did not ask for. I was willing to accept that screw up until I was told my $40 pedicure was now $60 because of the gel polish. Helen then rushed my fill, glued my thumb nail that had lifted instead of replacing it and just added more acrylic on top. I asked for a modified design(which Helen cannot do any)  and still somehow left with uneven acrylic & polish, inconsistencies with acrylic around my cuticles, and felt like I was rushed out of there. The gaps around the cuticle and sides will certainly require a brand new set and doubt I can make this last 2-3 weeks.

Would not recommend!

Used to go here all the time and boy has it gone down hill... charged me $50 for a pedicure which is ridiculous. I was in and out in 10 minutes and it was such a poor job done. Will not be going back.

Literally every single one of my nails is a different length. I asked for them to be short and she cut the pinky to perfect length but then did not do that length for any of them.
