I brought my elderly mother over and we brought our own colors bc my mother is picky. I believe we left them at the salon and I called to ask bc my mom was ready for another manicure.
The owner said we have many colors come and see I'm busy and hung up on me. This was 5 minutes after opening and you can't take one minute to answer a phone call and provide customer service? Too bad bc I was ready to give you my business even though there are a ton of salons to choose from. I am at work and had a sitter ready to bring her by so I couldn't "come over" to check.
i am EXTREMELY angry and upset, today Saturday January 9, 2021 called this business at 2:25 pm and was told they were open until 7pm, also was told they had availability for me to come in and get my nails done and a pedicure, I told them great I would be in, later today, I arrived at exactly 4:30 PM to find the business CLOSED after I had driven a very long way to get there, I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to me to make this right because I am extremely aggravated, this is just not right to do to someone and is so extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to do to your potential customer. I have been to this nail salon many times in the past but not in the last few years, this would've been my first time back and I just cannot believe this happened.
Needed some pampering after 6 months of Covid-19 restrictions, so I walked over to Le Cristal for a set of nails. I brought my own polish, but was very impressed with their seemingly endless selection of colors and designs. The people there are super friendly. My nails look gorgeous and, since it's been almost a month, I'm looking forward to going back for a fill. They take payment by Venmo, check, or cash.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Went today and had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 and did not start getting my nails done until 2:00, not to mention the woman doing my nails did not have any idea of what she was doing for my dip polish. I will be taking my money elsewhere!!!
