Lili Posh Nails in Metairie, LA

While spending hours at a facility after being promised that they can do a set is pretty normal, walking out with a subpar set after 4 hours and being talked to disrespectfully for complaining isn't... I'm so appalled at the service that I received. I've attached what I asked for and what was done. Lili rudely told me that they do not give refunds and when I asked to have it soaked off (due to me not wanting her to feel like I'm trying to get a free set...) she tried to CHARGE me for it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I'm keeping it brief because if I go any deeper, it may end up looking like slander. Here is all the proof that you need to NOT VISIT Lili Posh Nails... if you need a good set done right, go see PETER at MODEL NAILS in Kenner!!!

I was a witness to a situation that unfolded at the salon. A patron had to argue back and forth with Lili and Laura (the only two people working) about not liking her nail design after the set was complete. Patron went in for soak-off dip, overlay, and full new set with design. It looked like Lili used sharpie to do the line work on her nails. Also, the overlay went all the way to the cuticle instead of leaving a small break between them. The break between cuticle and overlay is important because if you don't do that, the nails with lift as soon as they grow out, breaking away from the skin.
Other patrons got involved in the back and forth all in support of the customer that was disappointed by the work.
She asked them to either fix the work (she had already been there for 4 hours), or refund her for her nails which were $80. Laura told her she wasn't going to give her a refund and even said that they would charge her $5 more to soak off the bad work that she didn't want.
Other patrons stepped in saying that that was ridiculous and at the end of the conflict, she was there for an additional 1+hr to get her nails soaked off and not even a full nail refund.
The logic was that her pedicure suddenly cost over $45 and her nails only cost $60. They then told her that the initial dip soak off cost $10 (even though they were just about to charge her $5 to get the bad design soaked off) making her actual overlay with designs on every nail cost $50.
The client paid $125 for her services before tip.  That is CLEARLY not correct pricing and they lied about pricing in order to give her less money back. They ended up giving her $60 (including the $5 pedicure tip) totalling out her nail set to $55 including a $10 soak off of dip powder she came in with.
Then, after they soaked off the bad set, they left her with broken, uneven, damaged nails.
