I went in for a neck trim and clean up around the sides with curly hair. Unfortunately left with a lot more taken off than I wanted.
I recently moved to the area from Austin, TX and was nervous about changing stylists (as I think most women would be). Aveda salons are generally highly rated, so after researching reviews, I scheduled a consultation and subsequent appointment for color and cut. Ashlee is my stylist...and, I was absolutely thrilled with everything she did...color and cut were perfect and exactly what I wanted. In fact, I was happier with her than my previous stylist who was from France and had been doing my hair for about 10 years!!! The salon itself is very nice, great location, and lots of parking. If you're in the market for a new salon, look no further!
Been a loyal customer for almost 3 years, coming in for color and highlights. They had raised their price from $97.00 to $150.00. I was happy with my stylist/colorist, so I opted to continue my business despite price increase. During my last visit, a couple weeks ago, I asked for a change in my highlights (to be honest, wasn't happy when I left previous visit), when I went to pay I was told, $175.00!! I was told "we needed more color." So disappointed! Then, I get a letter in the mail, informing me that my highlights and color will cost me $240.00-250.00 moving forward. I called and spoke with owner/manager Theresa, and was again told it was because it took the stylist 3 hours for a full foil and color, NO haircut mind you...reason...takes 3 hours??? Because of this public post, I received a phone call informing me I best take my services elsewhere! Freedom of speech...you decide if you want to patronize a place such as this....
Ashley is a very talented hairdresser and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for hair color. I felt like a new person after my balayage highlights. They looked natural and beautiful!
