Spa and Nails in Rochester, MN

The owner Kim is incredibly sweet. She was kind, friendly and gentle. The salon is by far the best salon I've ever been to. I'm a returning customer for sure! The salon is very well organized and clean! 10/11 Will go there again

The quality of service of what your nails and toes look like have really deteriorated here. I've been going here for 4 years and Bec I developed a friendly relationship with the owner Kim and a few others I have continued to come but always hope I get a good manicurist- which is only about 3-4 out of the group. There have been times where the owner has had to redo my nails but today was the last day I'll come. I came in as a walk in and they agreed to do a mani and pedi. The elderly woman doing my toes couldn't see very well but I felt bad and didn't criticize but rather waited until it was time for my gel manicure. Kim asked if I would come back in an hr but I had a flight to catch and they had agreed. She quickly used the electric filer and when I asked if she was going to do my cuticles she said no she didn't have time Bec her appts were starting to show up. I then said never mind. She said she didn't have time to redo my toes and even though the quality was basically an uneven paint job with islands of thick paint and thin paint she would give me a $5 discount. I felt really disappointed and then she said don't pay at all and I insisted and left cash at the counter. I won't go back anymore- I have recommended this place to friends and colleagues over the years Bec of how warm and friendly some of the staff are but at the end of the day I want my manicure and pedicure to look at least decent and it's really hit or miss and I need a more consistent quality that I can depend on.

I went for a pedicure and a full set for my birthday.. Jason who did my pedicure was awesome! He wasn't rushing, which is what I like.. I'm there to relax, however the owner or the person incharge told him to hurry up . She was the one going to do my nails.. this part was disappointing because she kept answering the phone and getting up to to take other clients back ..this happened several times.. she then left me to start a pedicure and she wasn't even finished.. I probably won't be back ..

I went to get a regular pedicure and the worker did do a good job but they don't have the actual blower that dries your nails. They just kind of point a fan at them. And the worker must have thought my nails were dry before they actually were. I got home at one of my big toes was messed up. I called and they told me to just come in and they'd fix it. I did and then they told me I'd have to wait at least an hour and a half. I wanted to try somewhere new but this experience was a failure. Would not recommend

I've gone twice and been disappointed in the quality both times. I do dipping powder and I had a corner of my nail chip off from under the dipping powder the first time. The second time my nails were done about a week and a half ago and I had a corner of the dip/top coat chip off of one of my nails today so my nail is exposed. I liked the variety of colors to choose from and opted to try this salon after my last one had so few colors and tended to cut my fingers a little. Guess im on the hunt again for a quality and affordable salon.....
