Rochester Nail Salon in Rochester, MN

The person that did my mani and pedi was ok. My shellac lasted about 2 weeks before it started to chip and peel. My pedicure lasted about 3 weeks. I forgot her name, but she was seated to the left, 1st table from the door. Very nice and knew what she was doing. I would give her 4 stars. My mothers was horrible!! For her pedi, the lady got clear coat all over her toes and told her it'll wash off her skin when she showers!!! And her shellac was thick and looked VERY fake. Also didn't last long, almost a week. She gets 1 star!! I believe she said she was the owner too!! Looked bad and crooked and like it was done at home. Very over priced, minus a star for the price, although I get my mani and pedi in Arizona and am comparing to Arizona prices.

The service here is excellent. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole service, whether it's nails or feet. They also make sure you are happy with whatever service you went in for. Highly recommend!!

Just got finished getting my nails done for my wedding. ET and Chong were fantastic! The young lady(didn't catch her name) who helped my sister was as equally perfessional and nice as the other two. So much laughter along the way. We all had an excellent experience. Price is well worth the service! Definitely would recommend and return!

I've been to many nail salons, and this place is among the worst. The prices, service, and quality are bad.I go to the nail salon to relax and to have beautiful nails, neither of these happened. My husband bought mani/pedi gift certificates for me, my mother, and my grandmother for Mother's day. I wanted to try this place because of the good reviews on yelp. At the end we got sloppily finished nails and rude service. Service was awful and rude. The staff were complaining about our nails while doing the job, and added arbitrary charges to their already ridiculous prices. They told us $10 for removal of shellac, but then charged $15 for removal. They did a terrible job of this, leaving pieces of shellac still on the nail. We had to repair the damage ourselves at home. Other places don't charge extra for removal, it seems bait and switch, and ultimately ripoff might be their goal. For pedicure, they didn't do much to remove skin from the foot, didn't even touch the heel. We did basic pedicure, but still I expected more. For my grandma's pedi and mani they didn't use lotion and massage at all, for my mom and me they did, although we had the same package. They didn't provide any pedicure socks, we had to walk around on their disgusting floor with bare feet. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. They will come up with some extra arbitrary charges. At the end my mom had to pay $90 for shellac nails and that is without tip, which we did leave. Basic mani and pedi is fine, make sure you don't have anything on your nails and you are having just color.

Wife got the best manicure ever here. Super nice people and ask for ET, the sweetest lady you ever meet. She whistles like a damned songbird. Seriously, she whistles :-)
