Came into La Bella salon as a walk-in with my niece. They were very friendly and immediately accommodating. We worked with Christie who could not have been nicer! She put my niece at ease with her super-relaxing and friendly manner. Christie tackled a difficult job of de-tangling her hair and then gave her a beautiful haircut with a lot of style. My niece left with a big smile on her face and I cannot thank you enough for that! We received a very professional and skilled service and I would highly recommend this business.
I have been coming here for over 10 years now and Rayna is the only person I trust to do my hair perfect every time! She won't do anything that you don't ask for and makes sure you're happy. The place is nice and clean also.
Came here to have a haircut with Lisa and it was great! The place is really nice and clean and everyone was super friendly! My hair was a bit damaged so Lisa helped me figure out the best cut to make my hair look healthy again and I loved it! I will def be going back for highlights as well! :-)
Wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars. When I went to Ellie at La Bella Salon, I told her VERY SPECIFICALLY: NO LAYERS...JUST TRIM THE ENDS. My long curly hair (mid back) was all the same length (picture the singer from Lourde, only slightly shorter and not as thick, but just as curly). I asked her to show me how much she was cutting off, and she showed me about an inch in her hand. I said okay. I wear glasses and cannot see to the mirror, so I just let her do her thing. I kept reminding her NO LAYERS and she kept saying "Don't worry!!! I make you beautiful!!!" Well, as soon as I put on my glasses I saw that NOT ONLY did she give me CRAZY amount of layers, but my hair is now up to my shoulders. My hair takes a long time to grow, and it will be over a year until the shortest layers...bangs...are even able to tuck behind my ears. When I refused to pay, they said they would call the police on me. Since Saturday I have left messages for an owner or manager to call me back...NOTHING!!! I know I cannot get my hair back, but I at least want a refund...and an apology. BIGGEST HAIR DISASTER EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
