Beauty Plus Salon in New City, NY

The only negative that I have with this company is that they take too long for shipping. I'd say it takes 2 weeks.

Ordered 3 polishes. Only shipped one as other two out of stock. No contact just shipped one polish for $6.95 shipping charge nearly as much as the $7.49 polish. Would have cancelled entire order if business had the courtesy to let me know they only had 1/3 of my order in stock even though the website showed all 3 available. Boo!!

They are a SCAM! Stay away. They send you a bogus product and do not return emails or calls.

Worse salon ever !! do not go there. I paid 260+ for my hair to have a Brazilian treatment. After one wash my hair was exactly the same and even more disgusting and dry I call them. Try to talk sens to them. I ask for a refund or to fix my hair and then they told me to come on Friday I came to talk to the manager and then after 5 seconds they ordered the police on me They said I only want my money back and my hair is fine but my hair is so disgusting i'm gonna puke. Yeah the police they're crazy people 5 of the hair stylist were screaming at me. I have a full video I wish I can send but I can only send a picture. Do not go there!!!!!!!! terrible attitude and disgusting service. i never seen something like that before in my whole life and i've been to tons of hair salons.. stay away!!!!!!!!!

Called Saturday to make an appointment for a Brazilian blowout. Woman said they could probably do it on Monday at 3:30 but she would call me back when she confirmed that the hairdresser could stay. I never received a call back. I called back Monday morning and was told they couldn't make it work. They scheduled me for Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday morning I received a call stating that the hairdresser called out sick and they had to cancel my appointment. They wanted to give me Saturday but I explained that I was going away for the weekend for a college graduation. They put me in for Friday at 4:00 p.m. low and behold I just received a voicemail letting me know that they are canceling yet again. Apparently the hairdresser is still sick. I understand things happen but they probably should have found another hairdresser that could have done my hair before canceling on me twice in the same week. What's funny is the joke is on them because I actually had a feeling this was going to happen due to the lack of professionalism I dealt with the past week. I made an appointment at a different salon for today at 5:00 p.m. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to cancel on them before they canceled on me.
