I would like to commend the owner of L.A. Tan for immediately rectifying the problem he had with his air conditioning. I'm so happy that I won't have to look elsewhere to tan. I really love his staff, they all are so friendly and helpful. It looks like the owner really does care about the comfort of his customers and employees. I'm so relieved. Thanks L.A. Tan! Well done.

I was doing a little research today on tanning and memberships etc.. The lady at the counter was very informative. Excellent customer service. Explained all the beds and services. Etc. She didn't judge me for asking questions. She even asked me questions so she could give me better information. Great store rep. This girl even check every bottle of lotion for a specific ingredient I was looking for. I really like the customer service here. (Its rare at a shop. that offers skin deep services that you don't have skin deep employees that are super judgemental. Here its not an issue. ) I've heard bad things about cleanliness. But we will see I haven't tanned yet. I hope theyre wrong it seems weird to me that a place can have such good customer service and not have a clean facility. Usually if a place emphasises on service cleanliness is huge of good customer service

The place is filthy. First time I went in I did the stand up in the first room and there was hair all over the floor. Then I did the bed in room 10 and the floor mat was soaked and there was water on the floor. I will say the girls working are all very nice! Extremely helpful on choosing a bed but I can't get over how dirty it was.

I had issues with a spray tan and was very unhappy as I was getting ready to head out of town for a wedding. After getting wind of my frustration, the manager called me to rectify the situation & be sure that I was a happy customer going forward. I am always willing to give second chances and I will definitely be returning to LA Tan. Having been a previous customer of theirs, they have always done a great job & everyone is very nice & helpful. Will definitely recommend.
