I went for the anniversary specials today. I appreciate the business trying to acquire new customers with specials to give it a try. Overall, it was a decent experience. The atmosphere has potential. I think the space is just too big for what they offer. The manicure stations are awkwardly centered in the middle of a huge room. The pedicure chairs in the back are nice. The place overall just leaves a lot to be desired. What caused me to rate this 3/5 stars mostly is that I felt anxiety from the moment I sat down in the manicure chair to the time I got up. There were workers standing around the woman working on me, making comments, talking, laughing, coming, leaving and at one point 4 people standing around her looking down at us. I have no clue if she was new or if they were just conversating, but my social anxiety was through the roof. I would suggest next time, please do not crowd your customers. This is supposed to be a relaxed atmosphere and experience, unfortunately it was not for me.
Got a classic mani & pedi. The nail tech did a good job painting, but rough on my cuticles. They are sore. My pedicure was about 12 minutes from start to finish. The massage chair was pointless because it was worn and I could barely feel anything. The salon has pleasing esthetics but I felt it was dirty. The bowl to soak hands in for mani was filmy. The tech pulled utensils out of a suitcase storage thing. I didn't notice a sanitizing box anywhere for the metal tools. There were dirty towels on the floor. The surfaces for mani stations and drying station were visibly dirty. When I was seated to dry the tech placed me in a chair and my hands dried next to someone's used toe separators that were left behind on the hand drying counter. Also, I requested plastic bags to put over my feet and they told me they didn't have any. I've never been to a salon that doesn't offer that since it's the middle of winter with snow and you can't throw sandals on to leave.
Good manicure, but so slow! I was there well over an hour for a gel regular manicure. Nothing fancy. She just kept getting distracted by random things and conversations. I was getting antsy. I wanted to come back for a pedicure, but I don't have that kind of time. Higher prices than other places too.
came in for dip nails and they are amazing!!! 10/10 recommend. great atmosphere and everyone was very nice!!!
This place is great. Very close to home and reasonable prices. Make sure you pick the best colors for you. Ask for the cucumber massage
