Shame there are so many bad reviews... But I also work in service industry.  Praises often do not get noted as Complaints

I've had my cuts here from different ladies and I've always come out satisfied.  

Don't expect 5-star here, be real.  The ladies are busy and have things to attend to... People need to realize that their needs cannot always be paid attention to.  The employees will get to you when they can and are attentive and do a good job when they can.

Everyone should be real - and take a step back at SOME of the complaints made.

We took my 9 year old son for a simple trim before vacation and the lady cut a big bald spot in the middle of his head.  She didn't apologize, or anything.  she simple said he had a bump in his head and she would note it.  My little boy cried all the way home.  We left for vacation the next day.  We have been at the beach and he will not take his hat off due to how big the gash is.  The only way to fix it is to shave it bald.  it's hideous.  I did call and they did offer to give him his next hair cut free but we will not ever go back go to this place. They can't cut a simple boy hair cut, they don't need to cut hair at all.  I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was not even going to give a star but yelp is insisting!!  My son just came back from getting a cut and did not get ANYTHING he asked for! One side burn was shaved in the middle, as if she just knicked it and the other side was not trimmed at all.  I looks like I tried to cut his hair and I do not do hair! It appears that Denise either did not care what she was doing or she does not know what she is doing.  My sons will not be going back. I will say my son should of examined his hair before he walked out, that was his bad on his part.
Going to school in the beauty industry myself, I can assure you this is NOT the customer service I have been taught.

The Lady that cut My hair was nice but I left there thinking WTH ! A waste of money ! I could have done better myself watching a YouTube video

Terrible experience!!  I went in on my lunch hour for a trim, the woman starting brushing my hair and it was hurting I told her and she kept on brushing hard and hurting me to the point that I started crying. This went on for 25 mins, she just kept sectioning off my hair, wetting it over and over and pulling so hard. I'm so tender headed and I told her this, but she seemed to ignore me. Not sure the ladies name but it was the first booth you come to on the left after the pay counter. She then asked me if I had product on my hair and told me she just needed to shampoo my hair in order to just trim it, after 25 mins worth of brushing and yanking!!!!! I told her I had to get back to lunch and walked out crying!!!!! I'll never ever go back!!!!!!!!!!! Ever.
