Kut N Beauty in Montebello, CA

Went in to buy products and the young lady helped us and was very friendly. She gave great customer service. Another young Hispanic lady came out she had a bright pink top and glasses on, she was so rude and disrespectful!!! I smiled at her and she just stared at me and gave me the rudest expression. I will never go to this establishment again and will tell all my customers and acquaintances not to go there. When you've had a long hard day and get that kind of customer service it's very unfortunate!!!

My review was erased they cut my sons hair and did the line super thick they did about a finger size

Jan 14th, 2024 - Show up at 5:53 pm, which is 7 min before the place closes at 6 pm. As I approach the door, the employee is locking it. Not cool to close doors on a customer and refuse to honor the business hours. Just needed a few products and would have been out in now time. Guess money doesn't need to be made at this establishment.

I came here this past Sunday, it was dead. Should of a red flag for me but I've been putting off my hair cut for a while now and since I was shopping near by already I figured why not. I love to get my hair washed because I love the smell of the shampoo and I love how the water fills hitting my scalp and the massage when they clean my hair. I then stared to make conversation with the lady. I started telling her how I know it's time for a hair cut when I start to get mad tangles, well biggest regret. Cause she when she sat me down to cut my hair I for a big lecture. She talked to me like she was talking about everyone else but me. Once you hear my story you'll know why she was obviously talking about me. She stated telling me how other people don't know that it's not a hair stylist job to wash their hair, that they're supposed to wash it everyday. She said the whole story about not washing it everyday is not true, how she's annoyed that her co workers tell their clients not to wash their hair everyday because it's not true. Then she stared with oh and it's also not our job to take our tangles, tangles are supposed to be taken out prior to coming. This was my whole conversation while getting my hair cut. So it was repetitive talk the whole time. I really should have stopped after the wash before the cut. But I was trying so hard to bite my tongue and not be rude. She was clearly talking about me because I asked for a hair wash and talked about tangles. Why would u offer hair wash if it's not ur job to wash my hair? Why not tell me before hand. So annoyed. Wish I got her name but I think I saw the back pic of her on another yelp review

Wow no matter what location I go to the are great got my haircut and they recommend me a shampoo to keep my color in that left my hair feeling great.
