Kiki is the BEST. I would go get a wax just to hangout with her. She loves her job and is passionate about giving you the best wax possible. I live in New Orleans over the summer and plan on driving back to Pensacola every 3 weeks just to get a wax done by her!
Been a client of Kiki's for a little over five years now and I have no desire to go anywhere else. She has decades of waxing experience and is very quick and precise. If you have sensitive ears, prefer to be politically correct or are easily offended she may not be the waxer for you. But, if you like to hear great stories, have some laughs (maybe even a shot of liquor if you're over 21), relax and get your carpet stripped... she's your person!!!
She is extremely rude and communication is not professional at all. Because I was 7 minutes late she was rude from the time she opened the door. I asked if it would be better to reschedule. Instead of saying yes and being polite/ professional she had to be sarcastic. I'm sure she will reply to this comment just like the others with her justification on way she is rude and feels no responsibility for it. Don't waste your time or gas to try and give this independent business owner your business. There are plenty of business that do the same work with gratitude instead of attitude.
Man I don't know why she has so many bad reviews but like she doesn't need them. Yes it hurt like hell but what else do you expect, my guy. She made me feel comfortable about my body and it was over in no time. Highly recommend
Not sure why Kiki has bad rreviews. She is so amazing! Today was my 1st time getting a brazilian wax and she immediately noticed I was nervous. She kept me distracted the whole time. She is HILARIOUS!!! And even offered me a shot of alcohol! Overall 10/10.
